Creekside Apiary – Bee Products & Equipment

Creekside Apiary is committed to providing high-quality bee products and equipment. The following shipping policy applies to orders placed through our website or directly with our business.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped using common carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping carrier and delivery time may vary depending on the destination and package size.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout or provided at the time of order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in North Florida.

Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

Bee Livestock

Due to the nature of live bees, Creekside Apiary does not ship live bee colonies or nucleus colonies (nucs) unless otherwise specifically arranged.

Most bee livestock sales are pickup only.

Delivery Issues

Creekside Apiary is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and notify Creekside Apiary as soon as possible.

Photographs of the damaged package may be required to assist with claims.

Returns

All sales of bees, nucleus colonies (nucs), hives, honey, wax, or other bee products are final once they leave our property.

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless required by law.
