Apiary services
-
Sale of bees, nucleus colonies (nucs), honey, and other bee-related products
All services are performed with the goal of safely removing and relocating bees whenever possible.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live bee removal, all service payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If a cancellation is requested before a technician travels to the job site, a full refund may be issued.
Once a technician has arrived at the property or work has started, refunds are not available because time, travel, and labor have already been committed.
If a bee colony relocates or leaves naturally before the scheduled service, the appointment will be cancelled and no charge will apply.
3. Bee Behavior Disclaimer
Bee removal involves live animals and natural behavior. While every effort is made to remove the entire colony, Creekside Apiary cannot guarantee that bees will not return in the future.
4. Property & Structural Access
Bee colonies may be located inside structures such as:
-
Walls
-
Soffits
-
Roofs
-
Sheds
-
Trees or other structures
Accessing the colony may require cutting drywall, siding, soffit, or other materials.
While reasonable care is taken during removal, Creekside Apiary is not responsible for cosmetic repairs or restoration of building materials after access has been made.
5. Bee, Hive & Bee Product Sales
All sales of bees, nucleus colonies (nucs), hives, honey, wax, or other bee products are final once they leave our property.
No refunds or returns will be issued after pickup or delivery.
Bee livestock sales are final.
6. Safety & Liability
Bee removal can involve working with defensive colonies, ladders, protective equipment, and specialized tools.
Customers and bystanders must remain at a safe distance during removal operations.
Creekside Apiary is not responsible for injuries caused by bees that occur before, during, or after removal operations.
7. Photos & Video
Creekside Apiary may take photographs or video recordings during inspections, bee removals, or other services for documentation, training, educational purposes, or promotional use.
